About Us
After gaining extensive experience on major tunnelling and treatment plant projects, across the UK and abroad, Dan founded Matheson Electrical Ltd in 2020.
His goal was to achieve a work-life balance that would allow him to spend quality time with his young son whilst working full time as a dedicated single parent. Establishing his own electrical contracting business was the ideal way to create a family friendly atmosphere that would benefit both himself and his team.
At Matheson Electrical Ltd we prioritise a family-oriented philosophy. We aim to foster a positive and forward-thinking workforce whilst providing the flexibility necessary for all employees to maintain a healthy work life balance.
We take pride in delivering a personal and professional service to our clients, catering to both commercial and domestic needs. Our team of qualified electricians is also committed to training apprentices to uphold the high standards we set for ourselves.
Located in Woodbridge, Suffolk, we are dedicated to giving back to the community we serve by actively sponsoring local youth initiatives, schools, scouting groups and music events in Snape.

Where we work
Whilst we are based near the river Deben we primarily operate in Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, but are willing to travel further as required.
