For rental properties and HMOs, EICR inspections must take place every five years. Although it is not legally required, we would also recommend that you get your EICR certificate renewed when there is a change in tenancy. This will allow you to ensure that no dangerous faults are awaiting any brand new tenant.
Rewiring a house typically involves removing old wiring and installing new electrical wiring – a further break down
Cables are replaced, along with a new distribution board. New cabling is fitted into the walls and beneath the floors. Back boxes on all switches and sockets are replaced with new back boxes. Power and lighting circuits, Switches, sockets and light fixtures are added or moved if required. Adding up to date technology, such as Car Chargers , CCTV cameras, automated lighting etc., is added if required
Using a NICEIC approved electrical contractor ensures that the contractor has been vetted and approved by a leading industry regulatory body, and that they have the necessary qualifications, experience and insurance to carry out electrical work safely and to a high standard.
Non-Urgent request:
First Hour: £65.00 and then afterwards standard Hourly Rate:
- Call out charge: £80.00
- After 5pm Emergency Call Out: £100.00
- Weekend Call out: £120.00
We are available for emergency call outs for the weekend, however we tend book in work Monday-Friday.
We accept BACS, Cheque, Apple Pay & any card payment.
